IBM Champions In The House!
MDNA is super excited to announce that we have two first-year 2025 IBM Champions at the helm! IBM Champions are professionals who demonstrate practical expertise in IBM technologies. They also are known for providing extraordinary support and advocacy to the technical community. They are top experts and advocates around IBM technology.
It’s no surprise then, that MDNA co-owners Donna Westmoreland and Mary Langen were named IBM Champions in recognition of their work and service in the IBM i community!

Mary Langen
Mary Langen has been in the IBM i space for decades. She has worked to further IBM i education and support local user groups and Women in IT. She served as the President of NEUGC for many years and only recently stepped down into the Vice-President role. She has given much of her time and energy to aid the survival of that group and their annual conference. She has participated in WMCPA’s WIT activities the past two years, was critical in the startup sponsorship for The Incredible i Show, and has volunteered
for multiple COMMON committees over the years. She goes above and beyond the needs of MDNA as a business, making sure that smaller local user groups such as OCEAN, MiTEC, LISUG, and MAGiC have support and sponsorship. She’s a strong supporter and leader within the IBM i platform.
