Automate Your Testing With MDChange

New Automated Testing Templates provide the ability to trigger automatic testing when a specific object or objects (for designated attributes) are installed.   This provides a way to automate testing processes and act on results from within MDChange.  The new functionality includes the option of having a quality gate to block further migration of objects until testing is successful.

This new template feature is just the newest in the automation features that are part of the MDPipeline tool.   If you haven’t already explored the new features in MDChange and MDPipeline (aka MDWorkflow with pipeline functionality), this is the time to take a moment to see some of the new features.

This is great news for customers that currently own or plan to purchase TestBench from Original Software.  MDChange now has an easy to configure method to link TestBench to your MDChange DevOps cycle.  TestBench is just one of the testing tools that can take advantage of this new feature.

All configuration points for Automated Testing are currently located in MDOpen for VS Code.
